About us
Building stronger workforces across Africa
CSCL is an Abuja-based human capital and organisational performance consultancy, helping organisations across Africa's energy and industrial sectors recruit talent, strengthen workforce capability, and build more effective organisations.
Company background
Consult Sabil Consultants Limited (CSCL) was established to bring boardroom-level HR expertise to organisations that need more than a generic consulting or recruitment service. The firm is led by Executive Chairman Dr Musa Rabiu, FCIPM, whose career spans over 30 years of senior HR executive roles — including with an international oil and gas major in Nigeria and the Netherlands, Nigeria's national petroleum corporation, a pan-African cement group where he served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer across ten countries, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), where he served as Registrar and Chief Executive Officer.
That breadth of experience — spanning multinational corporates, national institutions, and the professional body that sets HR standards in Nigeria — shapes how CSCL works today. Rather than applying generic frameworks, we bring practical, tested judgement from having sat on the other side of the table, making the same workforce decisions our clients now face.

Recruitment philosophy
We believe the right hire is a matter of structured evidence, not instinct. Every search CSCL undertakes follows a disciplined, multi-stage process — clear role and competency definition, targeted sourcing, rigorous screening, and thorough reference verification — so that hiring decisions are made with confidence, not guesswork. We treat candidates with the same professionalism we bring to clients, because a recruitment process that respects candidates produces better outcomes for the organisations that hire them.
