The terms governing your use of this website and the recruitment and HR services provided by Consult Sabil Consultants Limited (CSCL).

These terms apply to everyone who uses this website or engages CSCL's services — job seekers, organisations, and general visitors. By using the site or instructing us to act on your behalf, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements may also be covered by a separate written agreement, which will take precedence where it conflicts with anything here.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about our services, browse vacancies, submit a CV, register a vacancy, or contact us. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to transmit harmful or misleading content. We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
Candidate responsibilities
If you submit a CV or apply for a role, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and genuinely your own, and that you are entitled to seek the work concerned. You are responsible for keeping your details up to date. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or placement; roles are subject to client requirements and availability. You agree to engage professionally and honestly throughout any recruitment process we manage on your behalf.
Employer responsibilities
If you submit a vacancy or engage CSCL to recruit or advise, you confirm that you are authorised to do so on behalf of your organisation and that the information you provide about the role, terms, and organisation is accurate. You agree to provide the access and information reasonably needed for us to deliver the service, to treat candidate information confidentially and use it only for the role concerned, and to inform us promptly of any change that affects the engagement.
Service limitations
CSCL provides recruitment and HR advisory services with professional care, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome — including that a vacancy will be filled, that a candidate will be placed, or that any particular candidate or role will be suitable. Timelines we share are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Our role is to source, assess, and present candidates or advice; hiring, appointment, and management decisions remain the responsibility of the client organisation.
Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to ensure information on this website and in our communications is accurate at the time of publication, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current, or error-free. Vacancy details are provided by client organisations and may change or close without notice. You should not rely solely on information on this site without confirming it with us directly where it matters to a decision.
Intellectual property
The content, design, branding, logos, and materials on this website are the property of CSCL or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. CV and application content you submit remains yours; you grant CSCL the right to use it for the purpose of providing our recruitment services.
Payment terms
Our services to job seekers are provided free of charge. Fees for services to organisations — such as recruitment, executive search, or HR advisory — are set out in a separate written engagement agreement or quotation, which will specify the scope, fee basis, and payment terms for that engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Any applicable taxes are charged in addition.
Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms of the relevant written agreement. Where no separate agreement specifies otherwise, either party may terminate by giving reasonable written notice. Fees for work properly carried out up to the point of cancellation remain payable. For placements, any replacement or assurance arrangements apply only as set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSCL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, including loss of profit, opportunity, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability is limited by a written engagement agreement, that limit applies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or decisions of candidates or client organisations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website or our services is subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts. Where a separate engagement agreement specifies a different dispute-resolution process, that process applies to that engagement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or our services to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; to impersonate another person or organisation; to upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the site's security; to harvest data about other users; or to use the site for any unlawful or abusive purpose. We may suspend or withdraw access, and remove submitted content, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
